Refund policy
Kat & Bella has a 7-day return policy.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for return. You'll also need the order number or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at care@katandbella.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues
We carefully inspect all items for quality control before shipping. Please check all orders upon receipt. Contact us immediately if your item arrives defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For items damaged during shipping, we require photo proof of the damage. If we make an error, we'll make it right at no additional cost to you. We will replace or exchange the item where possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items are not returnable, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific product.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. Approved refunds will be in the original payment method. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
